R100 Terms & Conditions — Platform User Guide
Please read this document carefully before using the r100 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.
These terms apply to all users in Malaysia. If you do not agree with any part of them, please discontinue use of the platform.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the r100 platform through our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and r100 as the platform operator. In the event of any conflict between other language versions and this English version, the English version shall apply for users in Malaysia.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on r100. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. r100 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account by a third party. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, contact our support team immediately through the in-platform help channel.
General User Responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
- Do not attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems.
- Do not share your account with any other individual, including family members.
- Comply with all local laws applicable to online betting activities.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the r100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods supported by the platform, including local bank transfers, approved digital wallets, and other methods listed in the payment section of your account.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set according to the chosen payment method and are subject to change from time to time. r100 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for any deposit deemed unusual or exceeding certain thresholds. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated on the payment page.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to full identity verification. r100 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, including welcome bonuses, are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless wagering requirements have been fully met.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
R100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or instruction from a relevant authority. Valid balances in accounts closed for reasons other than a breach will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete.
Liability Limits
R100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. r100's total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding that claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, and software on the r100 platform are the exclusive property of r100 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or republish any content without prior written consent. Use of r100's brand name or logo for commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Right to Modify Terms

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by the relevant authority. Users from Malaysia agree to comply with all local regulations and laws concerning online gambling activities.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be severed and the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect. r100's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
