R100's Commitment to Responsible Gaming

R100 believes every player deserves a safe, enjoyable, and controlled entertainment experience. We take this responsibility seriously and have put in place a range of tools to help users manage their gaming activity wisely.

The r100 platform is built not just for entertainment, but to support the wellbeing of every user. We work with player protection organisations and adhere to internationally recognised responsible gaming guidelines. Gaming should be a source of fun — not stress or financial hardship.

Time Limit

Set a daily or weekly limit on your playing time.

Deposit Limit

Control how much MYR you can deposit within a set period.

Self-Exclusion

Temporarily suspend or deactivate access to your account.

Recognise the Signs of Risky Behaviour

Spotting early warning signs is the first step to keeping your gaming healthy. Watch for the following in yourself or someone you care about:

Finances

Borrowing money to play, neglecting bills, or using money meant for daily necessities on betting.

Emotions

Feeling anxious, irritable, or stressed when not playing, or using gaming as an escape from problems.

Time

Spending increasingly long hours on the platform without realising it, neglecting work or personal relationships.

Repeat Behaviour

Chasing losses with bigger bets, or being unable to stop even when you want to.

If you identify any of the signs above, please use the self-control tools provided by r100 or seek immediate help from a professional.

How to Set Time and Budget Limits for Playing

Setting limits before you play is a best practice we encourage all r100 users to follow. Here's a practical guide you can use:

Budget Limit (MYR)

  • Set a maximum amount in MYR that you're comfortable spending on entertainment each week or month, just like any regular entertainment budget.
  • Use the deposit limit feature in your r100 account to set this automatically — the platform will block any deposits that exceed your set limit.
  • Never try to recover losses by depositing more money. Losses are an inherent part of entertainment risk.

Playing Time Limit

  • Set time reminders in your account settings and r100 will notify you when your set time limit is approaching.
  • Avoid playing late at night or when you're tired, as decisions made in that state are often poor ones.
  • Regular breaks are important. Take at least 15 minutes away for every hour of play.

Self-Control Tools Available at r100

R100 offers a range of self-control tools that can be activated directly through your account settings. All of these tools are designed to help you stay in full control of your gaming activity.

Deposit Limit

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit in MYR. Limits take effect immediately and can be lowered at any time.

Cool-Off Period

Choose a break period ranging from 24 hours to several weeks. During this time, you will not be able to log in to your r100 account.

Self-Exclusion

The option to fully exclude yourself from the platform for an extended period. This is a step we fully support, no questions asked.

Loss Limit

Set a maximum loss limit within a defined period. Once this limit is reached, the r100 system will automatically block any further betting.

To activate any of these tools, log in to your account and go to Account Settings, or reach out to our support team.

Minor Protection

R100 does not accept registrations or access from individuals under the age of 18. This is a firm line that cannot be compromised under any circumstances.

We take the following steps to protect minors:

  • A strict age verification process during new account registration.
  • The right to request additional identification documents to verify a user's age at any time.
  • Immediate suspension of any account suspected to belong to an underage individual, pending investigation.
  • We encourage parents and guardians to install parental control software on shared home devices to prevent access to online gambling sites.

If you become aware of anyone under 18 using the r100 platform, please report it to our team immediately via the in-account support channel.

Life Balance & Professional Support Resources

Online gaming should be just a small part of a balanced life — not your main focus. r100 encourages all users to maintain healthy social connections, look after their physical and mental wellbeing, and prioritise family and career responsibilities.

If you or someone you know feels that gaming has become a problem, don't be ashamed to seek help. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
